Lost star Matthew Fox was arrested for drunk driving on Friday.
TMZ reports the actor was arrested early in the morning on suspicion of DUI. Fox, 45, was taken into custody and released later that day.
The actor lives in Bend, Oregon with his family -- wife of 10 yearsMargherita Ronchi and their two children, daughter Kyle and son Byron -- and was reportedly on his way to a fast food restaurant at the time of his arrest, reportedly with an unidentified passenger.
This isn't Fox's first run-in with the law.
On Aug. 28, 2011, the actor was accused of punching a female bus driver in the chest and pelvic area after he attempted to board the private party bus in Cleveland, Ohio. However, prosecutors ultimately decided not to charge Fox.
