Tragedy As Tenant Stabs Landlord's Son To Death
WHEN Mukaila Ajadi was ejected from the house he was living in by his landlord's children, little did the landlord's family know that this directive did not go down well with their tenant, as a fight resulting from a reaction to the quit notice ended the dreams and aspirations of one of the lanlord's son, 42-year-old Musiliu Sogunro on February 8, 2012.
Ajadi, a 51-year-old father of three was reported to have packed into the house at Sanyo area of Ibadan, Oyo State in 2007. His landlord died in January 2011 and since then, he was alleged to have refused to pay his house rent, owing the landlord's family a year's rent. Not only this, another female tenant who was brought into the house by Ajadi was also owing some rent.

COURT ORDERS FRED AMATA TO PAY 600,000 NAIRA TO LANDLORD
Nollywood actor, Fred Amata, was on Wednesday [Mar. 28] ordered by a Surulere Magistrates’ Court in Lagos to pay one year rent arrears amounting to N600,000 to his landlord.
Amata was dragged to court in September 2010 by his landlord, Pa I. Fadoyebo, who asked the court to help him repossess his house from the actor.
He claimed that Amata owed arrears of rent on the four-bedroom bungalow he was occupying at No 8, Razaq Balogun St., Surulere, adding that the rent had accumulated from October 2009 to September 2010.

The Lagos State governor, Babatunde Fashola, got a rude shock from his principal and predecessor, Bola Tinubu, Wednesday after he tried to make a case for disgruntled party members.
Mr. Fashola, one of the speakers at the 4th annual Bola Tinubu Colloquium, an event organized to mark the former Lagos State governor's 60th birthday; said that he had been asked by the lower cadre members of the party to prevail on the celebrant to dispense "justice equally" to all members.

After much investigation and findings from both Onugu and Onuchukwu families, I decided to put together the facts and respond to the scurrilous allegations against this young man, Kevin, his dear wife Ogochukwu and the Onuchukwu family that resulted in the anonymous false and unfounded stories fabricated on websites / Facebook against these persons. I knew both Ogochukwu and Kevin before and during their marriage and was part of their support, and like a bigger sister to both of them during their marriage.
