A lady, Blessing Sunday, 22, was on Wednesday arraigned before an Ojokoro Magistrates’ Court, Lagos, for allegedly biting and cutting off her landlady’s finger.
The accused, who lives at 10, Messiah St., Meiran, Lagos, is being charged with assault.
The Prosecutor, Insp. Ahonle Luggard, told the court that the offence was committed on Aug. 29 at Messiah St., Meiran, Lagos.

The accused however pleaded not guilty.
Magistrate, Mrs Taiwo Akanni, granted bail to the accused in the sum of
N200,000, with two surety in like sum, and adjourned the case to Nov.
